‍ Meeting a Libra for the first time can be deceptive. You think you have

          just met the most beautiful, witty, charming person to ever walk the earth.

          And to some degree you are right. It's the degree that will trip you up.

          Libras get underestimated all the time. Because of their beauty and charm

          people sometimes forget about that razor sharp mind. Big mistake. This

          is an air sign and these people are smart. All the air signs love to talk and

          Libra is no exception. They have a way of drawing out the conversation

          so you get to tell all your stories and feel wonderful. That's one of their

          gifts, they excel at making the other person feel great. Somewhere in

          their youth they get the message "love is good, anger is bad". So they

          exude love, warmth and kindness. And beauty. Don't forget the power

          of Venus. Most Libras are not bad to look at. Many become models and

          all take time and effort with their appearance. This is not the sign that

          casually throws something on and forgets about it. No, this is the sign

          that is going to primp in front of the mirror for an hour and then ask if the

          third outfit they tried on is okay. And I'm not just talking about Libra

          women here. Libra men are just the same. They will spend big for the

          latest fashions or jewelry. If you want to please a Libra do not give them

          a practical gift but something that is personal. And if you buy it, they

          didn't have to make the decision. If you know a Libra then you know that

          making decisions is torture for them. Think of the Scales as their symbol.

          Yes, there is that moment when they are in perfect balance but most of

          the time they are overbalanced on one side or the other. This sign doesn't

          want to hurt anyone's feelings and wants to make sure everyone is happy.

          That is some tall order. No wonder they are confused. They want your

          opinion and their best friend’s opinion and maybe they should ask the

          mailman or handyman as well. They can get overloaded with information

          and not know what to do. But when they finally make up their minds,

          the Sun shines and there is happiness in Libra land.
