Happy New Year! Libra begins a new year with the desire to just stay home. With so much energy currently sitting in your fourth house of home and family, you are not ready to travel or get out there and deal with the world. You want some peace and quiet and enjoy either time to yourself or time with family. So do not stress about it if you are not running all over town. You look around and may be making some changes to the décor of your home. You and your partner may also be talking about moving and either buying or selling a property. A good time to get your home appraised or do any kind of remodel that will upgrade the value of your house. There is a New Moon here as well on the 18th of January. You are ready to look at things in a new way and consider different ways of doing things. Watch your diet. This house is one that is all about food and what we eat and drink. A good time for any kind of diet changes you want to make. Capricorn is pretty disciplined and you are able to stick to whatever decisions you make in regard to weight and diet.

 

Neptune is going to make a big change this month and move out of Pisces and your sixth house and into Aries and your seventh house of partnerships. If single, then you want love. And not just any kind of love. You want love in capital letters, a romantic, mushy, soul-mate kind of love. Be careful as this planet is not known for checking the details. Do not lend anyone you are dating, money. Watch those red flags. But it is also a time in which you can meet that special someone and have your heart racing faster. You want to look good and feel good, so there can be more spending and spending on luxury items that bring a glow but wreck your budget.

 

On the 18th Venus will leave Capricorn and move into Aquarius and your fifth house. I love it. Venus is a planet that is all about peace, beauty and harmony. If you are married or involved, then you plan something special. Wonderful dates nights and romantic evenings together. Maybe even a trip of some sort. If you are single, then this planet can bring in new social activities and new people to meet. A time for play and fun, so enjoy.
